Amélie
Whoever has been through this, I'll keep it short. Ovulation felt on 11/13, and for the past 2 days after intercourse, I've had light pink spotting on the paper. For a few days now, I've had period-like cramps, but they should normally start on the 27th. Sometimes I feel nauseous but don't throw up. Took a test yesterday, and it was negative. Who can help me? My hope for a baby is gone.

You're turning 29 and going to the OB/GYN, right? Seems like you should just have some patience.

Yeah, but I wanted to know if anyone else had experienced that too. I find it such a long wait????

Take a deep breath, distract yourself. There's a good chance your body is playing tricks on you.

It’s possible, but what I find weird is that I stop and the rest of the day I just have fluid loss. Oh, all those questions.

Well, you're not getting anywhere with this. Someone has gone through it and was pregnant, someone has gone through it and isn't pregnant—what did you learn from that? Have you been trying for your third for a long time?

No, but with my 2 previous ones I was pregnant in 2 months' time. I'd let you know anyway whether it's a + or a -.

I had implantation bleeding with two pregnancies. I tested light positive 2 days after the bleeding. So I'd say test again in a few days.

I got a faint line on my pregnancy test 2 days 5 hours after ovulation. The second test showed the same.
Now, one day later, I just noticed light pink on my toilet paper. I’m not sure if it’s from having sex yesterday or if I’m starting to bleed further.
It’s 4 days before my expected period (I think).
And this morning I had MS-like cramps and lots of sharp stabs...
Not sure if this helps you at all.
    Love,

Baby05, do you have any more news? I need to have my due date on December 2nd, and I also noticed some light bleeding when wiping. I'm wondering now if they'll come earlier this month or something else. Ooooh, tick-tock, tick-tock.

Amelie, I called the midwife on Saturday because I was still bleeding then. She said it could be an early miscarriage, or it could be that once the bleeding stops, everything will be fine afterward. I need to do a test next Saturday, and if I get a positive line on the pregnancy test again, I should call on Monday to schedule an ultrasound appointment.
Here, the bleeding seems to have stopped after 3 days.

Hey baby05, I woke up this morning and think my NID came 5 days too early. Disappointed, but yeah, we'll see if it lasts all day or not. Normally, she was supposed to be here on December 2nd. I have an app, and every month it said they were due, but now they're not.

5 days early? Could it be implantation bleeding? They told me that too at first?
  13. Amélie started this #14

Don't know because it was really red, every drop on my pad (I had one on for sure because there was some brown spotting before). I'll see this afternoon if there's still blood, but you'd know anyway. Thanks for your answers, it feels good to talk to someone.

Implantation bleeding can be bright red bleeding, you know. I had implantation bleeding during two pregnancies. With the last one, I had some bright red bleeding when I got up in the morning. That was on 6/7 dpo. On 12 dpo, after positive tests, I had bleeding again. One morning I bled. I thought it was another miscarriage. But the tests kept going up and, luckily, everything was fine.
@baby05, it's really tough for you to have bleeding again, given your experiences. I can understand why you're feeling unsure now. Would you secretly prefer to test earlier? I wouldn't be able to hold back.

A question: can you trust the Action tests or not? Because I'm spending a fortune on the Kruidvat ones. Yeah, 5 euros for two isn't much, but I've already used 4 tests for nothing. Would I test again if my bleeding stops or if it doesn't stop? I wouldn't test, right????
  16. Baby05 #17

@ Clautjuh, hahaha yes I'll test earlier, but I'm also going to do it on Saturday on advice. But I'll wait until Kruidvat opens, that's only at 11am here. I'm holding my pee, not easy, no! hihi for a good cause. So I can't hold it either.
@ Amelie, you're welcome, this forum is also for supporting each other and talking about things, yes definitely.
As for the tests, the Kruidvat ones are very sensitive, the 2v5 is more sensitive for me than the Action tests. Although I did get one with a faint line too.

Yeah, tested yesterday and it was negative, so I was wondering if I should test one of those from Action. I still feel those cramps now, but is it my period or not? Grrrrr, I'll see by this afternoon if I'm still losing blood or not. Because my period doesn't stop after just a few hours, at least not with me. If they're gone, they're gone. We'll wait and see.
  18. Baby05 #19

Amelie, you can always try, of course. Maybe they'll react differently to you.
The rest is indeed just waiting and seeing.
  19. Hartje #20

Amelie, aren't you testing too early? Because you're still 5 days away from your period? I'd definitely wait until after your missed period to test and try to let it go in the meantime. Your body plays tricks on you with all those symptoms...
