Hi ladies (maybe gentlemen?)
I've been tracking my cycle via an app for a month now.
I'd like to share my temperature chart with you all because I feel like my temperature is really fluctuating a lot.
Next Sunday is my period, at least I think so (if it's not too early haha)

    Do you take your temperature at the same time every day? Eyes open and measure right away. If you start moving around, your body "turns on."

    That's so unfortunate, Nijntje. It's really not nice when old topics come up again. Truus is right, so keep an eye out! I hope you can still find some useful answers here despite those "idiots."
