Ovulation test

Hi ladies,

Quick question? I did an ovulation test yesterday at 5 PM. There was really a very faint test line visible. I had to look really carefully. Now I just did another ovulation test at 5 PM. OMG, white. Does that mean my ovulation has already passed? Was I testing too late?

This is our first cycle. I had my IUD removed from October 30 to November 5, and had my period then. Before the IUD, I had a 30-day cycle. Based on that, I should ovulate in 3 days. But yesterday there was a very thin line, and today OMG white. Should I assume my ovulation has already happened, or should I keep testing in the next 3 days (and) after?

I'd still test again if I were you. Often they show a very faint line.
Hopefully you didn't miss your ovulation and the test will still turn out positive.

Just keep testing. A faint line doesn't mean anything, plus who knows if your urine was more concentrated the first time. But you haven't had a peak yet though. Good luck!

Thanks, ladies. I'll keep testing for now.
It also feels like I might already be pregnant. Maybe my ovulation was earlier because I just had my Mirena IUD removed last month. We'll wait and see for now????

An ovulation test also reacts to pregnancy, so your ovulation test should be positive too. Plus, you're only 14 days past the first day of your period. I guess your ovulation hasn't happened yet; it'll come in a few days.
