When can you get pregnant after a Mirena IUD?

After you get your IUD removed, you're fertile right away. I have a Mirena too, and I'm having it taken out in January, but I know you're fertile immediately. I'm rooting for you!

    Had my Mirena removed in September 2016. Got a positive test in mid-April 2017. Felt pregnant for a long time haha. My daughter is 10 months old now, and time suddenly flies. Good luck, lady! Hopefully it happens quickly, but it can also take a bit longer, even with an IUD.
