I've had a huge bloated feeling all day for the past 2 days, and there's constant gurgling... I'm only just around 4 weeks into my first pregnancy. Is this normal, or should I be worried?

    Yeah, that could definitely be related to your pregnancy. Due to the hormones, your intestines can swell up. That's probably what's causing the feeling you're describing. More discomforts will likely come along too. Don't be too worried though, it's all part of the process.
