Pregnant after miscarriage?

Hey hey,
Last month I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks.
I ovulated last week, but today I really have pain on the side of my breasts, lower back pain, and very mild nausea.
It's now 3 days past ovulation.
Could I be pregnant again? Or am I just imagining it?

That's really tough about your miscarriage! If you were sure you ovulated 3 days ago, you could definitely be pregnant again, but it's a bit early for pregnancy symptoms, which usually come after implantation, which is still quite soon after ovulation. Maybe your ovulation was a bit earlier? I got pregnant again after my early miscarriage last year, on the first ovulation after the miscarriage. So it can happen quickly again. I hope for you! Just be patient a bit longer and then you can test. -

I really hope it hits the mark again! Apparently, you're more fertile after an mc, is that true?
I'm so unsure because of this... Still have to wait another big week before I can test again.. -
