Bleeding when overdue

Hey ladies,
I'm 7 days overdue with a cycle of 32/33 days. Yesterday I did an early test with Predictor and it came back negative. Since last night (after the test), I've had dark brown discharge when wiping. It's the same today and hasn't increased compared to yesterday. I'm really wondering if this could be implantation bleeding because I often read that implantation happens right before the expected period. With my upcoming periods, there's never been dark brown bleeding, just red. Do you know what this could be?
