Could I really be pregnant again?

I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy last summer.
The pregnancy was unplanned (but wanted), I got pregnant despite taking the pill. After much deliberation, I decided to start taking the pill again after my pregnancy. But I find that it gives me peace of mind to take a test every month. This morning I did a pregnancy test from the Action. At first, it showed absolutely nothing, so I put it aside relieved.
Later, when I was about to throw the test away, I looked at it again and thought I saw a faint line. Of course, this is way beyond the reading time, so I'm not quite sure what to make of it. Maybe I'm just seeing things?!
What do you all think? Tomorrow I'll obviously take another test, but I'm feeling a bit stressed right now.

It can happen out of nowhere. I got pregnant again 2 months after my son was born (despite using contraception). Both unplanned but wanted.
Take another test tomorrow and if that doesn't help, try again next week if it makes you feel more at ease.
