pregnant?

Hi there, I have a question/problem. My gut feeling tells me very strongly that I'm pregnant. I've done 3 tests and they were all negative, so you'd think it's not the case, but I just don't trust it. I'm now around the 9th week with symptoms. It started with a vaginal yeast infection and dizziness, and since then I've been nauseous and tired almost all day long. I'm starting to get a bit of a belly (especially my lower abdomen is very swollen and hard), I have an extremely tense stomach, period-like cramps, need to pee all the time, gassy bowels and lots of gas coming up, heartburn and headaches, and stabbing pains in my sides and groin. According to the doctor, it's almost impossible; otherwise, the test would have been positive. I did get my period, but less than usual, and now I sometimes have very slight pink discharge and sometimes dark bleeding. What's your experience with this?

    Hi NK.

I don't have any experience with this, but you often hear that they test negative a lot!
Otherwise, I'd ask your GP if they can take a blood test if you don't trust it! Maybe that will give more clarity and you'll know what's going on!
Judging by your symptoms, it could be that you're pregnant, but if you're thinking about it a lot, those symptoms can also arise because you start paying attention to everything! Hmm, it's hard to say!

    Love and good luck!

I’d ask your GP for a blood test so you’ll know for sure. If it turns out you’re really not pregnant, I’d have them look into other causes because it’s not totally normal for your belly to swell up like that and for you to have so much discomfort—maybe something else is going on, like with your intestines?

    Wishing you strength with this.

    Warmly, Sandra

Definitely ask for a blood test with your GP just to be sure. But your gut could also be causing those symptoms!
And when you really want to get pregnant/be pregnant, all sorts of little ailments and complaints seem to point to pregnancy....

    Good luck!
