I'm happy to join this forum and hope to find other people who are in the same boat.
My partner and I have been trying to get pregnant for 13 months now, unfortunately without any success. I'm becoming more and more unsure and worried each month that something might be wrong. Our desire is so big, and it hurts every month when nothing happens.
I already visited the gynecologist a few months ago, and she did an internal ultrasound. Nothing unusual was seen. No cysts, ovaries and uterus looked fine. Unfortunately, she couldn't determine if my fallopian tubes were blocked; that requires further investigation. Now I've received a referral to go to the fertility clinic next month with my partner. I'm quite nervous about this. It's mainly due to a past STI (chlamydia), and I don't know how long I had it. Sorry for the long message, but I needed to share this, and hopefully, someone can relate to my story.
