Hi everyone!
We’ve known for a week now that we’re pregnant, I’m 6 weeks now..
Had blood drawn and it turns out I don’t have antibodies against toxoplasmosis, like many women. But now I’m looking for a clear list of what I can and can’t eat..
Can you help??
Thank you so much!!

you can ask your gynecologist... or general practitioner for a list...
but definitely as mentioned above, avoid changing the cat litter, eating unwashed/raw vegetables, raw meat... and also be careful with certain cheeses, especially French ones.
working in the garden is okay as long as you wear gloves and wash your hands thoroughly afterwards.

    love

Unpasteurized milk is not allowed (it's in, for example, French cheeses/farmhouse cheeses). If it says "lait cru" on the label, you should NOT eat it. Otherwise, everything 'dreams can come true' says is correct!

@lexiede I didn't know about boerenkazen either, learned something new but well, I don't really have to worry about it myself, I'm immune to everything except CMV.. the doctor said you're lucky, you can eat and drink anything.. but still keep it in mind somewhere you never know, right..
