Does anyone recognize this?

Good evening,

Just a quick intro round. I'm 25, married, my husband is 36 and has a son who turns 7 this year.

I stopped the pill in August because we're trying for a baby. I haven't had a withdrawal bleed since. My GP says that's totally normal. Because my body no longer gets hormones (which I find weird, since my body wouldn't know I was stopping the pill).

Since I had some pregnancy symptoms but the tests were negative, I went to the doctor. They said it could be post-pill amenorrhea, so I was told to come back in 6 weeks if I still hadn't gotten my period. So I went back without having menstruated.

I had a blood test, which came back completely normal. The doctor suspected possible PCOS, wanted to check for that, and also check the thickness of my uterine lining. I had an internal ultrasound today. As far as they could tell, there were absolutely no signs of PCOS. But my uterine lining was very thin for having been off the pill for 2 months already. I can call on Monday for the final results.

Has anyone experienced this and maybe has tips or experiences on what this could be?
