Hi there, I'm 3 weeks overdue. On the day my period was supposed to start, I had a small amount of light pink bleeding. My last period was extremely painful and heavy. I'm now experiencing a lot of pregnancy symptoms. I saw my doctor yesterday, and she said I was pregnant even though my tests were negative. I have an ultrasound on Tuesday. Could I really be pregnant?
