Good evening, lovely people from Brabbels.

I have a question: what were your first pregnancy symptoms?
Because I'm on vacation abroad and have been really struggling with nausea lately, a lot of stomach pain, and my belly is also acting *weird*—it feels like I'm very hungry, but I'm not.
Normally I'm a good eater, but now I don't feel like eating much.

Greetings, Laura

During my daughter's pregnancy, one of the first symptoms was very sensitive breasts. I used to like lying on my stomach, but that wasn't possible anymore. The only thing that can give you real certainty is a pregnancy test, so hop to Action/Kruidvat/other drugstores and test it out! ????

    Hey Laura!
Where are you in your cycle now?

My first symptoms were period-like stomach pain all day long, an incredible feeling of hunger but nothing tasted good, and I had to gag out of nowhere (I can barely throw up).

    Hehe,
Yeah, I totally get that feeling of hunger and stuff...
And now when I walk, I also get cramps and discomfort in my lower back...

Sounds so familiar! Unfortunately, the lower back pain hasn't gone away for me...
But it could also be an upcoming period, so I'm asking where you are in your cycle right now, just to know if you can already test, since that'll bring the real clarity, hehe.

For me, sensitive breasts weren't really that much of an issue. The rest came after a few weeks, haha.

I only had symptoms after testing. Nausea and lots of hunger. Oh yeah, before that I had a headache.

I found out I was pregnant because I got shingles. I had a lot of stomach pain, was really tired, and was vomiting. I never do that. After that, I got spots on my belly from the shingles. Then a doctor said it might be possible that I'm pregnant? That's also a trigger that a shingles attack can set off. We had already been seriously trying to make a baby for 8 months. Did a test in the afternoon, and the test was already very clear that I was pregnant! The next day, I was referred urgently to the gynecologist. Because of the shingles combined with pregnancy. Fortunately, everything turned out fine!

It's a shame that Laura doesn't hear anything anymore.
