Which tablets should I take? I'll stop using contraception in a few weeks and want to start taking vitamins in good time. I read to start 4 weeks beforehand.
But which one should I choose? Just folic acid? But then do I also need fish oil, iron, and vitamin D? Or is that not necessary? Or a multivitamin?
Gravitamon? Davitamon?
I just want the best, I don't care how much it costs! Tips?

I'm taking Gravitamon, it's folic acid and vitamins. You can also take it while breastfeeding.
