I don't know what to do anymore

Hi,

As I said, I'm at a loss for words, so I'll share my story..
I had my IUD removed on Monday, August 27th, and I hadn't felt great all week. I had ordered a pack of Clearblue digital pregnancy tests (prepared as usual..) and they were delivered on Wednesday, August 29th. As I said, I didn't feel well and the tests smiled at me, so I rushed to the toilet with a test (laughing at myself for wasting a test). I fell back when I read: PREGNANT 1-2 weeks. I tested again that same day just because I couldn't believe it, and yes, I was clearly pregnant. I was immediately afraid of an ectopic pregnancy due to the IUD. I thought my last period was on August 17th.. I didn't understand anything. I had blood drawn on Friday, August 31st and my HCG was 76. Very early pregnancy then. On Saturday night I had terrible cramps low in my lower abdomen, without bleeding. I immediately thought it was over.. On Tuesday, September 4th, I had blood drawn again because I wasn't at ease (the gynecologist said the pain was probably my intestines). My HCG was only 111, so not rising enough and probably a miscarriage. On September 12th I had blood drawn again and the HCG was 82. The next day the gynecologist decided to do an ultrasound anyway, nothing was visible in either the uterus or fallopian tubes. Which is normal with such a low HCG. I also didn't have pain during the vaginal ultrasound, so no immediate indication of an ectopic pregnancy.. On Friday I felt that something had changed in my body, super weird. I decided to casually do an ovulation test and it was positive! Even though I was supposed to get my period the next day, and that's what happened. The ovulation test was also positive on Saturday during my period. Now I had blood drawn again today, September 17th, and hup with HCG it rose again to 142.
I'm so confused, the gynecologist suggests drawing blood again on Friday. I can't think of anything else.. Has anyone here experienced this? Thanks for reading in advance.
Love Julie
