Adhesions in the ovaries due to chlamydia

Hey, I have a few questions and hope you guys can help me out..

I've been trying to get pregnant for 2 years now, but it's not really working.. I've had the initial tests now – ultrasound, blood tests – everything was fine. I also saw nice follicles and ovulation, and sperm count was good.. I had chlamydia when I was 16, but I got to the doctor quickly and got treated right away. I got pregnant at 19 and had a miscarriage at 6 weeks.. 3 months later I was pregnant with my daughter, who is now 6. Now my gynecologist suspects there are adhesions from the chlamydia, but if they were completely blocked, wouldn't I have been able to get pregnant twice anyway? This was 3 years after the chlamydia..
