Any advice?

Hi! I ovulated on August 23rd. We were pretty active around that time. A few days later, I suddenly got really intense cramps (could barely stand on my legs). This lasted for about 5 days with no bleeding at all. Two days later, I had very light pink spotting (just on wipes), then it turned into red bleeding for 2 days. Now I haven't had anything for 1 day. I'm also 1 day overdue, and this morning I wiped out a red, mucus-like clot. I already took a test, but it was negative. My body feels completely different—extremely tired, mood swings, waves of nausea up to almost vomiting. I'm also having a blood test on Tuesday, when I'll be 5 days overdue. Has anyone here experienced this?
