How do you tell them?

I waited until he was at work for our first one. Then I hung up a little clothesline in the living room with some baby clothes. When he came home, I gave him a little gift with the positive test

I decorated a medium-sized box with hearts and put a onesie inside with the text "I love you". Folded it up so you couldn't tell it was a onesie. Placed the pregnancy test underneath.
Before he was allowed to open the box, he had to read a card with all kinds of sweet words on it that had nothing to do with pregnancy, so he wouldn't suspect anything (we often give each other sweet notes anyway).
Then he was allowed to open it, took it out, and then slowly the light bulb started to shine hahaha.
