Has anyone else felt the nesting instinct?

Today, I had that "needle-prick" feeling in my ovaries. Then some kind of popping sensations.
Could this be implantation? I felt something similar during my first pregnancy 10 years ago..
Has anyone else experienced this??

    I felt mild cramps like when I ovulate and lower back pain. Nothing else.
