What do you think of Manoa?

I'm expecting a girl. I came across the name Manoa last week, and it really stuck with me. My partner and I like exotic names, but we couldn't find anything suitable before. What do you all think of the name Manoa?

Our eldest daughter is Nim (Nim Coco). Coco is a namesake, and we're going to name our second child that way too. Coco was named after the grandmas (Corine and Nicole). Now it's the grandpas' turn, so it'll be Doris (Theodor and Cornelis).

So the full name would be Manoa Doris. Nice? Or not so nice? Other names are welcome too!

Thanks!!

I do have to get used to it, but I think it's not a bad name.
In combination with Nim, I think more of Scandinavian or Welsh names. Mette for example. Or Arwen.

Don't find Manoa so great yourself. But Moa, for example, do!

I don't really find it that beautiful.

Yeah, I saw that name pop up too on a girl’s Instagram account.. weird.. getting used to it.. but I think it’s unique.

I’d say just go for it, it has to feel right for you too. I would never go for Frisian names even though I find some pretty funny, I just don’t get a warm feeling from them. Everyone has their own opinion after all.
