Am I pregnant?

Hi everyone!

I'm a bit worried about what's happening to my body. Can someone give me some advice?

Here's my story:

I'm already 2 weeks late. Just before my expected period, I had lower back pain and sore, swollen nipples. I went to the doctor because I was getting a bit anxious. The doctor took a blood test, but unfortunately, it was negative.
Now, after having these symptoms for a week, they suddenly disappeared overnight.
In the meantime, I had taken a test, but that was also negative.

I had the lower back pain for one more day, and my breasts felt different than usual—I can't really explain it well.

Today at work during my break, I got quite a scare in the toilet. I had a lot of white discharge, and I mean really white, with a small streak of brown blood (sorry for my wording). I took another test today, but unfortunately, it was negative again.

What's going on with me? Can someone give me advice, or does anyone have experience with this?

The baby would definitely be welcome! Oh, and I've been off the pill for half a year now, and in 4 months I'll have completed the "post-pill" phase.

I've always been very regular with my cycles.

Have you taken an ovulation test yet? Maybe your cycle is just a bit off. That can happen. It's really confusing though! But if you're two weeks late, you'd expect a positive pregnancy test if you were pregnant. I hope you get some clarity soon.

I also had cramps in my lower belly, just like my period was about to start, but still nothing.
I find it so confusing, I don't understand anything anymore.

Yeah, sometimes you really have to be patient. Who knows, maybe you had a late ovulation and it's still too early to test. Wait a few more days and test again.

    How stressful it all is!

My hair also gets greasy faster and I have a bloated feeling in the evenings.
I also sometimes find something tastes off, like the other day with a cold coffee. I drink it regularly, but this one tasted really like caramel, bah!

My hormones are probably messing with my feet.

    I'm worrying myself sick!

Yesss, really, our hormones can sometimes make things really tough. But try not to focus too much on it. Even though that’s hard. I know. And if it gets too much, just go back to your GP.
