Flo app

Hi there!

I don't know how much everyone here uses an app, but I do use one. This app keeps track of when you get your period, when you ovulate, and when you might start experiencing symptoms. You basically enter everything daily, and the app calculates and remembers it. This makes it very personalized. You can set it up to send you a daily notification at the same time so you don't forget your folic acid, you can track your temperature, your discharge, your symptoms, everything.

It gave me a lot of peace of mind, so I thought I'd share it here for others. If you're pregnant, they also have a special pregnancy mode. You get lots of extra tips and have everything easily accessible in one app. This isn't meant as an ad, but I really want to help other people, because it helped me too.

I use Flo, but there are of course many more. Flo is in English though.

Kind regards,
Mandy

I use Flo too! So far, it's always been accurate, except for one cycle, which was extremely long (for me).

I use this one too! I'm very happy with it. It's a pity that I don't always understand all the questions and symptoms in English, so I might give wrong answers. I have another app in Dutch that's much more concise, and I find that a shame.
