Am I maybe pregnant?

Hi everyone!
I wanted to ask a question because I'm really stressed out.
Two and a half weeks ago I was in Renesse. A guy fingered me, that was the first time I've had 'sex'.
I don't get my period regularly, but it usually falls around the 20th to the 25th of the month. Last month it came earlier (on the 15th).
Now for about a week I've been feeling nauseous, and sometimes I also have cramps in my lower abdomen. It feels like I'm about to get my period even though I'm not yet. (It's the 19th now.) I'm really scared that sperm might have been on the guy's hands because he had touched himself without me knowing in between.
Also, I don't have any pregnancy symptoms at all like dark or sensitive nipples or dizziness. I haven't been sleeping well for a while, and I might also be having psychosomatic symptoms because I keep thinking about it. I wouldn't know why else I'd be so nauseous all the time.
Could it also be because it was the first time having sex?
Does anyone have an idea?

So he only fingered you if I understand correctly?
The chance of you being pregnant is really, really small, almost impossible.
It's more likely that your period is delayed because you're so worried about whether you're pregnant or not. -
