Distrust

Angiie
Since I've been pregnant, I've suddenly started not trusting my partner anymore. He's never cheated on me, and he'd never do that either. This is because he was cheated on so often himself.

I don't know where this mistrust comes from. I've also been cheated on by my exes, but before I got pregnant, I didn't have this mistrust.

I talk to my boyfriend about it, and he's very patient with me.

What else can I do?

Congratulations on your pregnancy. I would count to 10 before accusing him of something. It's totally normal, girl. It's the hormones making you think that way. Try to let it go. Good luck, girl.

I haven't accused him yet, thankfully. But I do voice that insecurity. Luckily, he understands.

Ah, thank goodness, girl. Those hormones can really mess with your head too.

Congratulations again! How long are you pregnant? Maybe it'll pass after 12 weeks.

Ah okay, up to 10 then. Don't let those hormones drive you crazy haha. Enjoy your pregnancy.

A bit of a late response from my side.

Congratulations on your pregnancy! Unfortunately, hormones come with it that can really throw you off. I experienced the same thing. I also became suspicious and even jealous! The only thing you can do is talk about it with your partner. It will pass. For me, it lasted until the birth.

    Better late than never!
I am indeed talking about it with my partner. Fortunately, he's very patient.
