Do you see what I see?

Dear ladies,
I had this test in my hands yesterday. I see a very faint cross. What do you see? And how do you tell the difference between a positive test and an evaporation line?
Thanks in advance for your replies!

I think this is just positive, so congratulations in advance!

I see what you mean... but on this forum, I often see these tests showing up with a very faint line, and they turn out not to be pregnant. So normally, I’d be like, “Yes!” But with these tests, I’m always a bit more cautious. I’d recommend testing with a different test. Cautious congratulations!

I agree with Clautjuh, I'd also do another test. Preferably a predictor in pink packaging. I also cautiously congratulate you.

Aaah, thank you for the replies! I also find it unclear and super exciting.. I'll try again tomorrow or the day after with another test.
I'm really stressing myself out by searching all over Google .

Just test again tomorrow morning. I tested every day too, you know. Your hCG levels rise steadily every day. The value roughly doubles every other day, but the tests pick up on every little increase. For me, they always went up every day. Even when I tested in the afternoon. I made sure I hadn't peed for a while and hadn't drunk too much. Good luck!

Hi fellow name-sake haha. Mine was also that light at first. 2 days later it looked just like this. So I'd say wait 2 days and test again! Hopefully you'll get such a beautiful strong positive too. I'm rooting for you.

Haaaaa fellow name-bearer, thank you for your message. Congratulations!! I hope I get the same luck. For now, I'm really going to assume it's a false positive.. self-preservation, I guess. I'm going to test again on Saturday morning!
