I’ve been lurking and reading on different forums for a while. Today is my day, but I don’t have any typical PMS symptoms or other signs that usually tell me my period is coming.
I stopped taking the pill about 1.5 to 2 years ago because of all the side effects I got from the excipients in all those contraceptives. My cycles have been really irregular for 4 months now.
We’re currently on vacation in Spain. I’m usually very consistent with my period on the 19th/20th, but now it’s late. Does this mean anything, or could it be due to the different lifestyle/weather conditions on vacation?
I’m so curious and anxious!

A missed period can have all sorts of causes. It's tricky to guess if you're pregnant, I'd just take a test! Good luck.
