Want to get pregnant but want to delay menstruation

Getting married in a little less than a month!

After the wedding, we want to start trying to get pregnant.
I've already stopped taking the pill for 2 months for this.
But it turns out I'll be on my period on the wedding day and during our honeymoon.
This is really inconvenient .
I could start taking the pill again to delay my period, but that would also delay trying to conceive. I'd really like to stop the pill first.

Not sure what the right choice is. Maybe you guys have some advice?

Best, Ans

Also just got married this month and we've just started trying. Thank god my period came perfectly on time
I'm afraid there's nothing we can do about it and it's going to be a bit of a struggle..
    Good luck with trying!

@Ans I totally understand ;-) We're getting married on August 10th and my period would also be timing out badly
We're actually in the medical mill because conceiving naturally isn't possible unfortunately (we've been trying for almost two years now).
But for the ICSI I had to take the pill anyway, though actually only after the wedding. I discussed it and could start the pill now, but it feels quite weird ;-)
There is also a pill that lets you delay your period by a few days, but the hospital doesn't recommend it if you want to get pregnant ;-)
But I didn't want to risk being on my period on our wedding day. Going to the toilet with that dress already seems difficult, but being on my period with that dress is truly my worst nightmare ;-) so I asked for advice at the hospital.
