Pregnant and having doubts

After a lot of hesitation, I decided to post a message because it keeps bothering me. Maybe you guys can take a look and give me some reassurance
On October 15th and October 20th, I had sex with person A. On October 20th, he didn't finish inside. After that, we decided to cut contact. By the way, I was on the pill, but I'm not sure anymore if I always took it at the exact same time.
I think I had my period in early November. After that, I went to bed with my new boyfriend B several times in November. In late December, I unexpectedly tested positive and at my first ultrasound on January 12th, I was 8 weeks and 6 days. The second ultrasound 3 weeks later showed 12 weeks and 1 day, and the rest of the ultrasounds show the little one is progressing nicely according to the estimated due date.
If I calculate backwards based on the ultrasound, conception must have taken place in late November. Now I don't know my cycle, since I was on the pill (I definitely missed it once in November).
Is there a possibility that person A is still the father? Or is this actually not possible? Both person A and person B are aware of the situation.

If conception was at the end of November, then B is the father. Sperm can survive for a while after leaving the male body, but not that long. You probably got pregnant after missing the pill once and having unprotected sex with B during that period.
I hope you can enjoy your pregnancy and your baby despite it not being planned.

I can't say exactly when conception happened, but I go by the ultrasounds I've had, and they all show consistent growth (sometimes a few days' difference), so I assume the timeline is correct. So if I was 8 weeks and 6 days pregnant on January 12th, does that mean conception likely happened around the week of November 20th?

It can only be Person A if you're currently 38 weeks and 5 days along, but if all goes well, you're now 35 weeks and 4 days along, right?

That's right, I'm currently 35 weeks and 4 days. With the due date ultrasound, they shouldn't be off by 3 weeks, right?
    Thanks for your replies.

I don't think so. They have so much knowledge about it, measurements, and everything. Unless your baby really has a growth delay, but even then. Regarding your story and the ultrasounds, I wouldn't assume it's person A.

Thanks for your replies. The little one is definitely welcome, but it was still a surprise since I thought I was infertile or less fertile.
So I'll assume person B is the father. Now that I'm on leave, you tend to think more and worry sometimes.. not always pleasant. Hormones too... plus that I really don't know my cycle, so I have no clue how it works.
Just curious; how long after conception does implantation usually take place?

Between 5 and 12 days after conception.

Echoes don't sit weeks off. Only a few days at most. And that's mainly at the beginning. Then, by the way, they'll probably measure less rather than more if they're weeks off. (Then they're not off, but maybe your ovulation wasn't like you thought, or people just don't know exactly when it happened.)
So definitely from friend B (plus they always count from your last period. So those 8 weeks mean the conception/ovulation was about 6 weeks ago)

Thank you! Yes, exactly, that's how I calculated it too. The 12-week scan, counting back 10 weeks from that to figure out ovulation/conception. And then I got a conception date around November 24th. But I don't know my cycle, so I'm mainly relying on the scans. But I do assume they can definitely tell the difference between a 9-week scan and an 11-week scan, for example.
