Breech presentation and baby's head

My baby was in breech for a long time, so his head looks bulgy at the back now, like some kind of helmet. Does anyone have experience with this? And how long does it last?

My son was also breech and born via a planned C-section. He also had a flat head and a "bulge" at the back. Luckily, hats exist haha. It went away on its own after a few days, so a helmet is really not necessary. He's 5 now and has a nice round head. -

Thanks for your reply. Yes, it's been two weeks now and it's getting a bit better, but it's still not gone! No, I meant that their head looked like it was on a helmet. They said in the hospital that this is due to the breech position. I'm just wondering how much time it takes for this to resolve?
