Hi! I’ve got this too. I think it’s because my breasts have grown so much, but I also have it on my legs, mainly on my thighs and knees. I had it in my previous pregnancies too. It’s not exactly pretty, but I just accept it.

Do you mean during pregnancy? Because that's totally normal. There needs to be more blood flow to your breasts due to growth and milk production. I have it too. Whether it's a pregnancy symptom around your period, I wouldn't dare say. They came a bit later for me than that.
