Second (lower) temperature during the luteal phase

Hi everyone,
I stopped the pill in early January. It was "on the money" that same month, but unfortunately it ended in a miscarriage. Since then, my cycle has been a bit weird, but it seems to be normalizing now for the past two months.
I take my temperature every morning at the same time, but this month I find it very irregular. I actually have a three-phase pattern but with a second lower temperature. Has anyone experienced this before?
According to FF, I should have ovulated on day 17, but a few days later I got another lower temperature again. Could it be that I ovulated later?
I got my period today (I always have a luteal phase of 12 days), tested negative this morning, and still haven't started my period.
