3 days overdue but negative test

hi hi!
I'm now 3 days late and have a very regular cycle. The pregnancy test was negative again yesterday, but I'm feeling really nauseous and get tired quickly. This could be my second pregnancy; with the first one, I stopped the pill and never got my period again, so I got pregnant right away.
What do you all think?
