7 days overdue, negative pregnancy test and positive ovulation test

Hi ladies,

Have you experienced something like this? I'm 7 days late based on a normal cycle. I don't have any typical PMS symptoms like period cramps or sore breasts. Only pimples... which I never get. And I've only had positive ovulation tests and one negative pregnancy test from day 4 late. Should I just wait or test again? Can you even hold on to hope after having one negative test?

Thanks

Positive ovulation tests should really pop, a faint line doesn't count as positive. And still, I wouldn't rely on ovulation tests but on a pregnancy test. I'd throw another one in and as long as there's no blood, there's hope? Some women test positive very late, so hopefully, you'll be one of them too. Good luck!

If you're really 7 days past your due date, a pregnancy test should definitely be positive by now. So either you ovulated late and aren't actually that far along, or your cycle is just a bit off. Ovulation tests can also turn positive during pregnancy, but not much earlier than a pregnancy test, FYI. I tested that myself this cycle. If you're still unsure, you could get a blood test. Good luck!

    Hi hi!

I'm now 3 days late and have a very regular cycle. The pregnancy test was negative again yesterday, but I'm feeling really nauseous and get tired quickly. This could be my second pregnancy; with the first one, I stopped the pill and never got my period again, so I got pregnant right away.
    What do you guys think?

Sorry wrong topic. Are you eligible for a blood test? I thought that would be possible at our doctor, MM
