Internal bleeding?

Hi ladies

A bit embarrassing, but is there such a thing as internal implantation bleeding?
Hubby is at work and didn't have the patience to wait until tonight, so I took matters into my own hands... I nearly scared myself to death when my fingers suddenly looked bright red from the blood??? I immediately put in a pad but there's no flow coming out, they say. But now, 3 hours later, I've checked inside again and my finger is still bright red... so I'm bleeding internally somewhere but not enough for it to flow out... it's all very confusing

I'm 8 days DPO now, so timing-wise it could be.
It definitely can't be my period since I'm sure via temperature tracking and ovulation tests that I'm 8 days DPO, and my period usually starts calmly with some brown discharge, not suddenly bright red bleeding.

Implantation bleeding is always internal, hehe, where else would it come from? So yes, it could be

Yeah, of course it's always internal. But my question was whether it's normal that you don't have discharge then. My girlfriend always had a panty liner full of brown or pink discharge. My sanitary pad stays white. So I do bleed, but no discharge
