Clomid, HSG

Hi everyone!
After several Clomid treatments (which luckily worked right away), I had an HSG test (what a shock!). It quickly became clear that my fallopian tubes were blocked, but after some pressure, they opened up and flowed well! I also felt my ovulation that same week, and yes! (Confirmed by an ovulation test). I should be getting my period next Monday (hopefully not). Hoping for the best!
I've felt so different since the HSG, and now my breasts have been super sore for 1.5 weeks. I can't even sleep, let alone walk down the stairs (without holding them in????).
I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this, and if it worked out for them, of course!
