Maybe a weird dumb question but I read on different forums that people talk about needed and dpo... what does that mean? It's handy to know, so I can follow everything properly

You mean NOD? That doesn't mean period days. Then you're not hoping to get your period. And DPO means days past ovulation. Days after your ovulation. -

Nice, the word book on mobile.
Mobile puts words down itself but didn't mean necessary but needed.
