Daye = can be seen as Deej, Deeje, Daj, Daaj, Daje, Daaje
Personally, I wouldn't go with either. -

Day is more common in both the Netherlands and America than Daye, so I'd definitely go with Day! That's how I'd spell it if I heard the name. -
