What do you think of the names Ethan and Elias for twins?
Any other suggestions? And for girls? And girl-boy? Pfff! It's so hard to come up with 2 names that are nice, match well together, but don't look too similar.

Yes, sounds fun!! Same starting letter, but they don't look too similar at all. Great combo!

Here are some other names you might like:
Jonah, Elvan, Ezra, Marius, Espen, Robin, Gideon, Sil, Olivier, Tobin, Isai, Salomon, Nuno, Tristan, Ilias, Milan, Matteo, Noah, Adam, Luuk, Oliver, Levi, Silas, Leo, Jonas, Felix, Julius
Nomi, Rhodé, Loïs, Leonoor, Erin, Isara, Reeve, Vivia, Maite, Tatum, Vita, Sari, Selah, Frederique, Olivia

I think Levi & Silas, Julius & Olivia, and Loïs & Erin are nice combinations.

I wouldn't give twins the same first letter if there's no second name.

Besides, the names are in the same trend, so I think they do go well together. I'm not really a fan of Elias myself, but I do think Ethan is quite nice. This is just a matter of taste, of course.

Ethan & Elias look nice together.
If we have a son, we'll name him Raf, and if it's a daughter, Faye—I think they sound nice together too.
