too Spanish?

My husband and I are facing a dilemma. We really like the names Pilar and Nuría/Nura. But is that too Spanish for the Netherlands?

I think Nuria is really beautiful. My neighbor girl is also called that. She has a Spanish/Dutch mom and a Dutch dad, but I think the name works well.
I think Pilar is less appealing. It reminds me too much of pilaf (the dish). Sorry

I think Nuria is really beautiful too!
My neighbor has the same name, she's Turkish. But I think it works really well!
I don't find Pilar as beautiful.

I think it depends on whether she has Spanish (South American) heritage. If she does, I’d definitely go for it. I think Nuria is a really beautiful name; it was even on my list. If there’s no Spanish connection, I wouldn’t do it.

I've known pillars for years, so it doesn't sound Spanish to me, and neither does Nuria.

I also know a Pilar, has a Spanish father and a Dutch mother. It's a still unknown name.
    Nuria/Nuriya is a bit more well-known.

Pilar sounds a bit like 'pillar', but otherwise it's easy to pronounce.
    I do like Nuria.

I think Nuria is really beautiful! But I wouldn't go with Pilar, it's too Spanish, and I also just don't think it's a pretty name!

No, I like it! Especially Pilar
