Instinct or not?

April 13 was my last period, and 14 days later I had a tiny bit of bleeding, only when wiping. Could this be implantation bleeding? My cycle has never been very long, definitely not 28 days.

Implantation is usually about 9 days after ovulation. If you had some bleeding 14 days after your last period, that would mean your cycle is only 10 days long, which is really short.

I think it's more likely due to ovulation or maybe something small ruptured during sex. If it is implantation, you could test for pregnancy in about 5 days (since implantation happens about 5 days before your next period).

Yeah, I don't really know what to make of it either. I hadn't had sex for 4 days, so I don't think it could've been that. I've never had an intermenstrual bleed before, so I was a bit surprised and confused. I'll just wait and see for another week...

A little blood around ovulation can happen, but if you get more frequent spotting (since you're keeping an eye on it now, of course), it's a good idea to check with your doctor, as it could indicate other things.
