    Absolutely Lilou! A bit playful, a bit chic, and lovely for all ages. Personally, I think Lilly is too childish for a woman.

    I think both names are nice. I read recently that Lilou might mean something wrong in French.

    B., that's Philou. It means something like street tough or whatever.

    I like both of them a lot! Lizzy is nice too!

    In that case, I'd go with Lilou. It sounds a bit more mature, although I do think Lilly is nice.
