    Hey Lola, I think the Chinese calculation is correct in about half of the cases. Just like all other guessing methods :-)
    I do believe you can have a strong feeling yourself about what it will be. I think that's because when you're having a boy, you also have more male hormones in your body.

    I've had 2 boys already, and both times I also got more hair, even on my face where I never have any.

    Hey Lola...

    Based on my previous pregnancy... I had this super strong feeling that I was having a girl and was dreaming about it! My gut feeling turned out to be wrong, and the Chinese gender prediction table was off too! So we were both wrong...
    It's fun to look at... I've already done it myself, but I don't take it as accurate!

    the Chinese prediction was off in neither of my pregnancies. My gut feeling, on the other hand, was spot on. I just knew what it would be

    My gut feeling was right both times. I didn't do any calculations, always 50% chance of a correct outcome...

    Sometimes they're right. With the first one, it was spot on, and with the second, it wasn't. With the first, I was sure we'd have a boy because I noticed I suddenly had to shave my legs more often... more male hormones in my body

    The Chinese gender calculation didn't work for me either.
    It's kind of funny to check it out for a bit haha

    I have this too, her hair is growing much faster all over her body, and so are my nails. But I'm still having a girl, you know...

    Hi everyone!
    I never really believe in those calculations, even though one calculation worked for me twice.
    Hold your needle and thread above your hand, move it up and down three times, and then see if the needle starts spinning. If it does, it’s supposed to mean a girl; if it moves from left to right, it’s supposed to mean a boy. But I still think it’s just coincidence for me. It’s always 50/50 anyway.

    I don't remember exactly when this was (it's been over 3 years ago now), but it was definitely before the 20-week ultrasound.
