Warmth and dressing up

Hi moms, I have a few questions I'm unsure about. My little boy is almost 9 months old and gets warm quite quickly, just like me.
Today it's 24 degrees, tomorrow 26 degrees. What would you dress him in? I know I can check his neck for sweat or damp hair in between.
Also, he was swaddled for 5 months and then switched to a sleeping bag. I notice that if there's a bit more warmth around him, he calms down more. With these temperatures, do you still use sleeping bags with short sleeves in summer? We all sleep on the top floor and it really gets hot there towards the end of the day.
Okay, last question hehe. Can someone recommend a sunscreen for babies with eczema? Anyone have good experiences with it?
Thanks in advance for thinking along and responding. Love, Anonymous 22

My little one is 10 weeks old, I'm going to put a little romper on him soon. If it's drafty, I'll put one on with long sleeves, and otherwise with short sleeves.

My daughter (1.5) is wearing a sleeveless romper and a short-sleeved shirt. In the morning, when it feels a bit chilly, she wears a cardigan over it.
She’s currently sleeping in a sleeveless sleep sack. When it gets really warm, I just put her to sleep in a romper.
As for sunscreen, maybe a hypoallergenic kind? I can’t really recommend any though, because no one here has eczema.

For sunscreen, I have eczema myself so I'm not entirely sure if it's good for babies either. I use factor 50 sun milk from Biodermal (this week it's 50% off at Kruidvat, it's quite pricey normally). What I really like about it is that it doesn't clog your skin. Many sunscreens are very thick. I do apply a rich basic ointment first and then the sunscreen over it. Good luck!

Edit: I see now that they also have a kids' variant. No idea if it spreads as well, but I think it's worth trying: sun milk for kids

Thank you for your replies. I do indeed have a sleeveless sleeping bag. Today I left his pants off, just a thin long-sleeve shirt and then the little sleeping bag. Thanks Jenny for the tip, I'll get it right away!! How is your pregnancy going? Love

Uncertainty strikes again, haha! I ended up doing it differently: a sleeveless romper, thin long pants, and a thin long-sleeved top. I only have a sleeveless sleep sack, but it's quite thick. Now I'm wondering if I can just let him sleep in a sleeveless romper and a T-shirt? Or is it better to cover his arms? Also, to cover them due to itching and scratching from eczema. On my camera, it shows it's currently 25.6 degrees above... It's so hard. When we slept downstairs last year, it was much cooler. Upstairs, of course.

Yes, you can also put her to sleep like that. The average ideal temperature for a baby's/kid's room is 18 degrees. Your baby/kid will then lie with a pajama under a sheet with a blanket or in a sleeveless sleep sack. If it gets warmer, you can start removing some of these things. The warmer it gets, the more you remove. And if it gets colder, you add things like an extra blanket or the sleeves on the sleep sack.
If you're still unsure, hang a thermometer in the bedroom and base your decisions on the room temperature. If your little one is too warm or too cold, they'll cry because they can't sleep. With this temperature, you don't necessarily have to cover her arms. She's old enough to regulate her temperature fairly well on her own.
