lower belly pain

Mandy
Hi ladies,

I've had pain in my lower abdomen for about a week. Especially when I go to bed in the evening and when I wake up in the morning, I really feel pain when I sit up straight, bend over, or turn. As the day goes on, it's still there but not painful. I've been thinking it might be my ligaments, but I wanted to check if there are more ladies here who have this issue and if you have any tips or advice.

I hope to hear from you.
Love, Mandy

    Hi, I have that too.
In my case, it was my uterus that was sensitive.
The gynecologist said it would be more serious if you don't feel anything :-)
Round ligament pain is usually more on the side or in the groin, I think.

Looks like just round ligament pain.

    Hi,

I have that too—it’s round ligament pain for me, just like on the sides and in my groin sometimes.
It also happens when I’m in the car trying to adjust my seat and I turn my head (and body) a bit; then I feel it more intensely, but it always goes away quickly.

    Thanks for your replies!
I secretly already thought and hoped that you’d say it’s because of the contractions,
it’s reassuring to know it’s just part of it!

I have that too, especially lower down in my belly and a bit in my groin.
