Your experiences
Hi everyone!
I'm new to this forum, and first of all, I want to say how much I love it! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, which isn't always the case!
I'd love to ask about your experiences. I'm 26 years old, and I stopped taking the pill back in October 2017 because we really want kids. So far, my cycle has been regular, averaging 29 days. Recently, though, I've had a few "symptoms" that really give me hope that I might be pregnant this month. I'd like to share them with you and ask if you recognize any of these from previous pregnancies:
- frequent headaches (daily)
- extreme fatigue, even after getting enough sleep
- sudden bouts of severe dizziness
- decreased appetite
- heartburn, mainly after eating (this tends to last for a while)
- a bit of nausea during and after meals
- mild cramping in my lower abdomen
- frequent urination
I know your body can play tricks on you, so I'm trying to stay as grounded as possible. But still, I have a good feeling about this month, though I can't quite say why. Maybe all these symptoms are just coincidental and my body is indeed playing tricks on me, but I'm really curious to hear outside opinions.
I expect my period this coming Thursday, and if I don't get it, I'll take a test on Saturday morning.
Thanks so much in advance for sharing your thoughts and experiences!
Lots of love, C xxx
