Hi, I need some advice. I really want to name my son Dexter because I think it's a cool, strong name, but I'm hesitating because of the association with the TV series. What do you all think?

I'm hesitating about the name Raf. I think it's really nice, but I'm unsure because my husband is named Rob. I already saw "deRob" and "deRaf" on a site... What do you think about that? -

@anoniem: Raf is cute! And if you and your husband like it, go for it! DeRob and deRaf are a bit far-fetched, though... and not really a big deal, right? If they're that creative, they should definitely enjoy being funny, but it doesn't take anything away from the name! -
