Pregnant or not?

Hello lovely people,
I want to share my story and ask for your opinion.
I've been trying to get pregnant for 1 year and 3 months but still nothing. Then I took the pill again for 3 months, and now I've been off it for 1 month. Before that, I was really focused on getting pregnant—I couldn't even sleep because of it. Two months ago, I started to relax a bit about it, but since last week I've been having frequent headaches, needing to pee a lot, trouble with bowel movements, itching and pain in my breasts, and also some abdominal pain.
Three days ago I took a test, and it was negative again... but these symptoms keep lingering. Since I wasn't focusing so much on getting pregnant, I also didn't keep track of when my last period was, so I don't know if I'm already late or not.
Hopefully, you can give me your thoughts.
