Tips? Another cycle..

Dear girls,
In March/April I had a miscarriage. Then I spent a year trying hard.. unfortunately no new pregnancy yet. So I went to a fertility clinic.
Normally I have a nice cycle of 28 days... and positive ovulation tests on day 14 and 15.
Now I was at the clinic on March 17th and had an ultrasound. On the 10th, one egg was ready, measuring 20 mm. The nurse said that ovulation would follow. My last period started on February 28th. Unfortunately, I didn't get a positive ovulation test even though I tested twice in one day. The nurse said that I did ovulate, as she could see from my blood which was drawn on March 23rd. Now, with a normal cycle, I should have gotten my period last Wednesday. But nothing so far.. I tested on Wednesday with a Clearblue weeks indicator. Unfortunately negative.. but still no period.
With my previous pregnancy, I had a positive test 10 days after ovulation..
I don't really understand this cycle. Can you give me some advice? Not for next Tuesday, but for the Tuesday after, I have a telephone appointment with the clinic.
