Pregnancy tests, ovulation and ovulation tests

Hi there,
My partner and I have been trying to conceive for over a year and a half. I usually don't test right away when I'm a day late. Well, now I'm 3 days late and decided to take a test anyway. Since I didn't have any tests at home, I collected my urine this morning and put it in the fridge. I took a test at 11:30 AM. At first, I thought: too bad, just one line. But then I looked closer and saw a faint, light second line. Because I had the 2v5 test, I immediately used the second one with urine from that same moment. That one was negative.
Has anyone experienced this? A light positive line (if you look closely) with morning urine, but negative with afternoon urine.
The urine that had been in the fridge did turn cloudy, but I assume that shouldn't have an effect.

I'm mainly curious if more of you have had the experience: positive in the morning and negative in the afternoon. -

Very possible if you consider that your morning urine is more concentrated. Test again tomorrow morning. -

Thank you for your responses. Ugh, this makes me so nervous. A faint line and then negative in the afternoon.
